The piano shown in the photo is a 6'10 Charles M. Stieff from 1924. I have been in the process of renovating it for a few years now and it serves as my main workhorse piano. It has a lovely tone and a wonderful action. My studio is 10' x 20' and the piano, especially with the lid open, has a huge sound. It is capable of a very broad range of expression.
